The Social Campaigns Hub centralizes all your social campaign data and community-generated content on socials in one place.
Track, analyze and export the performance of your social missions, product tests, and contests that require a social media post. The Social Campaigns Hub is designed to help you:
- Track social campaigns performance,
- Identify the most effective posts and creators,
- Compare results across platforms (Instagram, TikTok & YouTube),
- Export data for reporting,
- Download and reuse the best UGC (user-generated content), directly from the back-office.
Access the dashboard
Go to Statistics > Social campaigns Hub.
You’ll find a complete list of all your social campaigns configured with hashtags on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube whether active or completed.
Campaigns are displayed by creation date (up to 100 per page, with the option to load more).
Each row shows:
- Campaign name
- Social media platform
- Creation date
Hashtags are no longer displayed as the main entry point. They remain visible on the campaign detail page. Related activities (mission, product testing assets, contest) are also visible in the same place.
Deleted campaigns may still appear due to role or status linkage issues.
Campaign detail page
Click on a campaign to open its detail page. In the header, you can see the name of the campaign, the list of hashtags associated, as well as the list of related activities and their type (mission, product testing, contest).
The detail page includes two tabs: Global performance and Content. Here's how you can navigate and what you can see or do:
Details and purpose of both tabs
This Global performance tab gives you an overview of how the selected campaign performed:
- Total posts
- Global engagement rate and engagement rate by reach (depending on the platform).
- Total interactions
- Likes, comments, views, reach, shares, saves (Instagram) or favorites (TikTok)
Monitor these engagement metrics to identify trends. For example, if a product performed better on TikTok than Instagram, consider focusing more of your next campaign’s budget or formats on TikTok.
You can also:
- View the list of participations, showing username, date, engagement rates and metrics
- Open the community profile by clicking on the username
- Open the original post on the social platform by clicking on the metrics
-
Export data by clicking on the
Export button
The Content tab shows all the posts associated with the campaign (image, video or carousel).
For each post, you can see:
- The user profile (with link to community profile and original post)
- The platform icon
- The engagement data: engagement rate, likes, comments, shares
- A preview thumbnail (first image or video icon)
50 posts are displayed per page (you can load more posts if needed), sorted by total interactions (from highest to lowest).
When you click on a post, you’ll open a detailed view including:
- Full media preview (carousel navigation, video playback, description) and publication date
- Engagement data: engagement rate, likes, comments, shares
You can download this content by clicking on the Download button (for Instagram & TikTok, not YouTube).
How to use the data
The Social Campaign Hub helps you turn campaign data into action. You can use it to:
-
Identify high-performing UGC and reuse it in future campaigns:
For example, if a TikTok video showcasing a product gets more likes and shares than others, consider featuring it in email campaigns, website banners, or paid ads. -
Optimize content strategy:
Analyze which formats (videos, carousels, images) drive the most engagement. -
Plan future campaigns based on platform performance:
If posts perform better on Instagram for a certain product, prioritize that platform next time.

How to export data?
You can export your campaign data directly from the detail page using the Export button (on the right in the Global Performance tab).
Available exports:
- Global Data CSV: Aggregated campaign metrics
- Posts CSV: Individual post data including username, URL, and engagement metrics
For the best follow-up, we recommend exporting data regularly to track progress over time.
