How to: Create and manage Contest, Moderation & Question channels

These channels encourage community interaction through contests, user-generated content, and discussions, while also supporting moderation to ensure a positive environment.

You can only create one of each type of the three channels in each community. So, you can have only one contest channel, one moderation channel, and one question channel.

Contest Channel : This channel collects all ongoing and past contests, making it easy for members to find, join, and track them. It boosts engagement and encourages friendly competition. Adding this channel to your home banner ensures contests are easily accessible to all community members.

Moderation Channel : This private channel is dedicated to community managers for moderating content and member interactions. It helps ensure that posts meet community guidelines and maintains a safe, respectful environment.

Question Channel : This channel displays questions asked by visitors on your e-commerce site, providing a space for community interaction and assistance. It often integrates with the Community Chat feature.
