The Social Campaigns dashboard lets you track the social performance of your campaigns: product tests, missions and contests.
In Statistics > Social Campaigns, you can view members’ social posts, their reach, engagement and posting rate. Use this dashboard to check whether a campaign generates posts and adjust your community activation strategy.
The Social Campaigns dashboard brings together data from product testing campaigns, missions and contests. It replaces the former Socials dashboard.
General information
The main filters are located at the top of the dashboard. Depending on the dashboard, you can select a period using a date selector or refine the results using a dropdown list.
- Some charts also allow you to use their own filters to display a specific view when this option is available.
- Hover over a chart with your mouse to display detailed information about the data.
- When a chart contains a legend, you can click on the legend items to show/hide them in the chart.
When the latest period displayed is not yet complete, the last point appears as a dashed line with the label Partial data. This period is therefore partial and should not be directly compared with a complete period.
In tables, click on a column title to sort the results in ascending or descending order.
When a chart or data can be exported, an export icon button is available in the top right. Click this button to export the data in .csv format.
The export is limited to 10,000 rows.
Available filters
The filters are located at the top of the dashboard. You can select the period to analyze, then refine the results using the Social network and Internal tags dropdown lists:
- Social network: select the relevant social network (Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube).
- Internal tags: if you have already created one or more Internal tags, you can filter by the ones you want to display (particularly useful for multi-brand reporting).
Key indicators
Five key indicators summarize the social campaign performance for the selected period.
- Unique posts: number of distinct social posts published by members (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Unique users: number of distinct members who published at least one social post.
- Engagement rate: engagement rate of the posts [(Likes + Comments + Shares + Saves) / Views].
- Reach: total reach of the posts.
Posts are taken into account based on their publication date.
Evolution chart
The Evolution chart shows the trend for Unique posts or Unique users over the selected period, compared with the same period in the previous year (monthly display).
Use the dropdown list in the top right of the chart to select the indicator to display:
- Unique posts: trend in the number of distinct social posts published by members.
- Unique users: trend in the number of distinct members who published at least one social post.
Compare the trend with your campaigns, activation actions and the periods when members are most active. An increase or decrease may be related to the launch of a campaign, but also to your community’s activity patterns.
Analyze both indicators together to distinguish an increase in posting volume from an increase in the number of active members.
- An increase in Unique posts may indicate that members are publishing more, particularly after a campaign, mission or contest.
- If Unique posts increase faster than Unique users, existing active members may be publishing more. If it is the opposite, more members are publishing, but with fewer distinct posts.
Campaigns table
The table displays one row per campaign, filtered by its start date. It lets you compare the social performance of product testing campaigns, missions and contests.
Use the dropdown list at the top of the table to select the type of campaign to display (only one option at a time): Product Testing Campaigns, Contests or Missions.
- Identify the campaigns that generate the most posts, reach or engagement.
- Compare results across campaigns to identify the ones that engage members the most.
- View the Posting rate, Reach, Engagement rate, Likes, Comments, Views, Shares and Saves columns.
