Export and analyze product-test-related data

The Product Campaign dashboard allows you to analyze the performance of product testing campaigns, understand testers' profiles, and track the associated missions.

This dashboard brings together campaign metrics, responses to application custom fields and review custom fields, as well as targeted mission results. 

Access the tables

In Statistics > Product Campaign, you will have access to four sub-menus related to data linked to product testing campaigns on the community (Test Campaigns, Application CF, Reviews Custom fields and Targetted Missions).

Export and options

Export data

To export the data once the filters have been applied and the period defined, simply click on the "..." dots in the top right corner of the relevant chart or table, then Export data > Data with current layout.

Highlight a data point

By clicking on one of the values in the chart legend:

 

 

This highlights it so that you can better see the data linked to it:

 

Applied filters

The filter icon lets you see which applied filters impact the display of the chart or table.

 

 

Focus mode

Focus mode lets you display the relevant chart or table in large size on the page.

 

 

More options

For a chart: 

  • Export data
  • Show chart data as a table
  • Spotlight: Dim the other parts of the dashboard to highlight the chart
  • Get insights

For a table: 

  • Export data
  • Show full table
  • Spotlight: Dim the other parts of the dashboard to highlight the chart
  • Get insights
  • Sort in ascending or descending order

Some charts or tables can be filtered by value in More options > Sort by.

Test Campaigns

This tab displays the main data for product testing campaigns. It lets you track, for each campaign, the type, status, brand, number of candidates or invited users, number of testers, completion rate, and data related to reviews and discussions.

Available filters

The filters at the top of the table impact the displayed results and allow you to:

  • Filter by date range.
  • Filter by Name and/or Campaign.

Insights / Data 

The KPIs (Total number of campaigns, Number of ongoing campaigns, Completion rate of the campaigns concerned) in the top banner are shown for the selected period and campaigns.

Table

The table details the information related to product testing campaigns (campaign, type, status). 

Other KPIs are also present in the table regarding the period (Number of candidates or invitations, Number of testers, Completion rate, Submission time, Review rate, Number of reviews with or without image or videos, Number of posts or comments or likes, Campaign start date).

Use case: Check how many candidates applied to a campaign and how many testers actually participated.

The table can be :

  • Exported by hovering over the table, clicking on the “” in the top right, choosing Export data then Data with current layout.
  • Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking on the column title.

Application CF

This tab lets you see how many users answered the Custom Fields when applying to a product testing campaign.

Available filters

The filters at the top of the chart impact the displayed results and allow you to:

  • Filter by date range.
  • Filter by Campaign.
  • Filter by Custom Field

 

 

Chart

The chart shows the distribution of answers to the selected application custom fields. By hovering over one of the answers, it is possible to see the question, the relevant answer, the number of members who selected this answer, and the percentage it represents.

Use case : Identify the most frequent answers to an application question.

Reviews Custom fields

This tab lets you analyze the answers given by testers when they leave a review, if the configuration allows members to answer Custom Fields after the product test.

Available filters

  • Filter by date range.
  • Filter by Campaign.
  • Filter by Custom Field

 

 

Chart

The chart shows the distribution of answers to the selected review custom fields. By hovering over one of the answers, it is possible to see the question, the relevant answer, the number of members who selected this answer, and the percentage it represents.

Use case: Analyze the answers left after the test to better understand product feedback.

Targeted Missions

This tab lets you track targeted missions on a product testing campaign.

Available filters

The filters at the top of the table impact the displayed results and allow you to:

  • Filter by date range.
  • Filter by Name and/or Campaign.

Insights / Data

The table details the information about targeted missions on product testing campaigns (campaign, type, status). 

Other KPIs are also present in the table regarding the period (Number of candidates or invitations, Number of testers, Completion rate, Submission time, Review rate, Number of reviews with or without image or videos, Number of posts or comments or likes, Campaign start date).

Use case: Measure the performance of targeted missions and identify the most completed missions.

The table can be :

  • Exported by hovering over the table, clicking on the “” in the top right, choosing Export data then Data with current layout.
  • Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking on the column title.
