Brand Communities is evolving with a new Back Office design!
The goal is to optimize the Back Office, to make navigation clearer, information easier to understand, and actions quicker to identify in your daily use.
Why this evolution?
As your community grows, you need to:
- Access workflows quickly to take key actions in real time
- Use a consistent and intuitive interface everyday
- Identify important data and insights more easily
The new design addresses these needs with a simplified structure, clearer visual hierarchy and more intuitive navigation.
Clearer navigation
The menu has been redesigned to improve section visibility and readability, to clearly identify the selected page.
This new simplified structure leads to faster access to workflows and different sections.
New header for key actions
A header has been added at the top of your Back Office. You can now find:
- The link to your community
- The Help Center
- Log out
Before, these options were located at the bottom of the left menu. You now have permanent and direct access at the top of the screen.
Across all pages
The homepage and all other Back Office pages have been redesigned to make information easier to scan and understand. Here are the main improvements:
All pages now have a refreshed layout, enhanced and organized, making it easier to focus on key information.
Clearer CTAs, table view, and status labels make actions clearer, task execution easier and improve information scanning.
This redesign ensures that every page is easier to navigate, more visually consistent, and more efficient to use.
You can continue managing your community as usual, with a clearer and more intuitive navigation. All features remain the same, workflows are unchanged and no action is required on your side!
