Getting started with the Skeepers Academy
1. Registration and login
Once the form has been completed and submitted, our team will create your access.
You will then receive an email containing a link to create your password. You will then be automatically logged in to the Skeepers Academy.
The email subject is "Welcome to Skeepers Academy!".
2. Access to the training
The My trainings tab lists all the trainings you have been enrolled in.
You can:
- Start a new training by clicking the "Start" button.
- Resume a training already started by clicking "Resume" to continue your progress.
Training structure and content
A training course is made up of several modules. Each module brings together lessons around a shared learning objective. The main goal is to acquire skills and autonomy in using the solution!
Once the training is completed, you will be able to complete a quick evaluation to share your feedback and help us improve the training content.
The dashboard
You have access to the dashboard directly after logging in to the Skeepers Academy. There you will find:
- Your trainings: check your progress and resume your training where you left off.
- Resources: access to articles dedicated to the Skeepers Academy.
- Account management: password reset.
FAQ
If you encounter this login issue, you can try several solutions:
- Open the page in private browsing
- Use this link, click on Log in > Forgot password, and use the new link received
- Change your web browser
- Delete browsing data / Clear cache
- Open the page using another internet connection
There are no prerequisites, except being a client of the solution. Our training is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced clients, to help you fully master the solution.
Access to the Skeepers Academy is completely free.
In order for the interface to be translated into French, English, Spanish, or Italian, you must first accept cookies on the platform by clicking "Got it!".
You will then be able to select the language of your choice.
