Social Campaign Hub: Monitor your campaign performance and reuse UGC

The Social Campaign Hub is a dashboard that centralizes all your social campaign data and community-generated content on socials in one place.

This dashboard provides clear visibility into ROI and improves operational efficiency by helping you track and analyze results, export and reuse user-generated content (UGC) and optimize future campaigns, directly from the back-office.

Accessing the Social campaigns Hub

To access it, go to Stats > Social campaigns Hub from the left-hand menu.

When entering the Social campaigns Hub, you’ll find a complete list of all your social campaigns configured with hashtags on Instagram or TikTok, whether active or completed.

Each row shows the following details:

  • Campaign name
  • Social media platform
  • Creation date

Campaigns are displayed by creation date (up to 100 per page, with the option to load more). Click on a campaign to open its detailed view.

Deleted campaigns may still appear due to role or status linkage issues.

Campaign detail page

By clicking on a campaign, you will access two tabs: Global performance or Content.

Global performance tab

In this tab, you can see all the overall metrics for the selected campaign:

  • Total posts
  • Engagement rate (depending on the platform, see below).
  • Total interactions
  • Likes, comments, views, shares, saves (Instagram) or favorites (TikTok)

Monitor these engagement metrics to identify trends. For example, if a product performed better on TikTok than Instagram, consider focusing more of your next campaign’s budget or creative formats on TikTok.

Content tab

Click on Content to access the list of posts associated with the campaign, showcasing media assets (images, videos, carousels) posted by community members.

Each post displays:

  • Uploader’s profile (with link to BC profile and original post)
  • Platform icon
  • Engagement data: likes, comments, shares
  • Preview thumbnail (first image or video icon)
  • Download button for each asset

Posts are sorted by total interactions (highest first). 50 posts are displayed per page, with the option to load more.

When you click on a post, you’ll open a detailed view including:

  • Full media preview (carousel navigation, video playback, description) and publication date
  • Engagement data
  • Export option

How to use this data?

  1. Identify high-performing UGC for reuse in future campaigns. For example, if a TikTok video showcasing a product gets more likes and shares than others, consider featuring it in email campaigns, website banners, or paid ads.
  2. Optimize content strategy by analyzing which formats (videos, carousels, images) drive the most engagement.
  3. Plan future campaigns based on platform performance: if posts perform better on Instagram for a certain product, prioritize that platform next time.

Engagement Rate Formula

Instagram
  • Engagement Rate = (Total Interactions ÷ Number of Followers) × 100
  • Engagement Rate by Reach = (Total Interactions ÷ Reach) × 100

Total interactions:

  • Posts = Likes + Comments + Saved + Shares
  • Reels = Likes + Comments + Saved + Shares
  • Videos = Likes + Comments + Saved + Shares
Tiktok
  • Engagement Rate = (Total Interactions ÷ Number of Followers) × 100
  • Engagement Rate by Reach = (Total Interactions ÷ Reach) × 100

Total interactions = Likes + Comments + Shares + Favorites

Use engagement rate to compare performance across campaigns and platforms. For example, a high ER on TikTok may indicate content format to prioritize for the next campaign.

How to export data?

You can export your campaign data directly from the detail page using the Export button (on the right in the Global Performance tab).

Available exports:

  • Global Data CSV: Aggregated campaign metrics
  • Posts CSV: Individual post data including username, URL, and engagement metrics

You can export one campaign at a time.

Consider reviewing and exporting data monthly to track progress over time.
