The User List is the central list of all community members. It is the main back-office tool for viewing profiles, filtering by criteria, and exporting targeted segments.
The User List serves as a starting point for:
- Viewing, filtering, and analyzing the community member list (and name a member User of the Month)
- Inviting or selecting testers for a product testing campaign
- Selecting recipients for an email or push notification
- Adding one or more members to a group (Self-join or Handpicked by admin)
In communities where AI Member Profile Matching is available, it is displayed above the member list (User List). This feature filters and/or reorganizes the list to show the most relevant members, either by keyword search or based on a reference social profile.
You can watch the video to discover everything step by step.
Access the Global User List
Go to Statistics > Users to display the member list.
Only members who have obtained at least one role, badge, status, or points appear in the list. To make all members visible, configure at least one unlockable tied to registration.
The list is updated every night.
Use filters
Two types of filters are available:

Filtering logic between two different filters: AND logic (e.g., "Country = France" AND "Minimum points = 100" → only French members with more than 100 points)
Filtering logic within the same filter: OR logic (e.g., "Status = Top member" OR "Status = VIP member" → members with either status)
When using a date filter, the first selected date is excluded, the second date is included.
For example, to filter members who interacted on the community during March: 28/02/2025 is the first date and 31/03/2025 is the second date.

Social posts in the list
The Posts column (that can be enabled or disabled like any other column) displays the 3 most recent posts from a social network (Instagram, Tiktok and/or YouTube) directly in the list, without opening the profile.
- If a member has no recent content, nothing is displayed but the member remains visible.
- Clicking on a post's image opens it directly on the social network in a new tab.
Post columns only appear if the community has at least one authenticated social network (at least one social custom field configured for that platform).
Sort results
You can easily sort the results using the Sort by option at the top of the user table. A default sort is enabled, but you can select a different sort option from the drop-down menu.
The sort options vary depending on which columns you've chosen to display.
For example, if the Points column is displayed:
- You can use Sort by > Points to display the users with the most points at the top of the table.
- If, on the other hand, you want to display those with the fewest points, click the blue arrow next to the Points column name.

Click on a member in the list to open a side panel with all their information, without leaving the list.

Export data
Click the Export button at the top right of the table to export all columns and rows resulting from applied filters in CSV format, including those not visible on screen.
Export is not possible if two columns share the same name.
Sensitive data export: every export of member, tester, or applicant lists (or opening of a sensitive dashboard) is automatically logged. Each log records who performed the action (name and ID), their IP address, the time, and the export scope (page and number of rows). No personal data from the exported content appears in the log.
All entries are visible in Settings > Logs.
Use tags
Tags allow you to assign one or more labels to a member to identify segments (e.g., good/bad tester, persona, etc.). Tags are visible only to admins in the back-office.
It is not possible to edit or delete an existing tag, nor to assign or remove a tag from multiple users in bulk. Choose tag names carefully before creating them.
Manage tags
- Click the pen icon or "Add tags" in the Tags column
- Click + Create new tag
- Enter the tag name (alphanumeric + special characters allowed, duplicates allowed)
- Click Create. The color is assigned automatically & randomly. A confirmation popup appears before creation.
When creating a tag in a user's Tags cell, the new tag is automatically assigned to that user.
- Hover over a member's Tags cell and click Add tags or the pen icon
- Click the desired tag in the list
- The tag appears at the top of the member's assigned tags list.
- Click the tag to remove, next to the relevant member
- In the panel, click the cross next to the tag to delete
