The Userview is the central dashboard for analyzing your community. It is one of the most powerful tools in the back-office: mastering it means getting the most out of your data.
The Userview also serves as the foundation for many actions:
- Send emails or notifications
- Invite or select testers for a product testing campaign
- Nominate the Member of the Month
Access the Userview
Go to Statistics > Users to access the user table. It lets you browse member profiles, filter by behavior or attribute, export targeted lists, and identify your most active members.
The table only displays members who have obtained at least one role, badge, status, or points. This is why it is important to configure at least one unlockable tied to registration so that all members appear.
The table is updated every night.
Use filters
Click the Fields button above the table to access filters. Filters work as follows:
- AND logic between two different fields
- OR logic within the same field

Filter actions
-
The Clear filters button removes all filters applied to the table.
-
The Clear sorting button resets the column sort order.
- To sort by a column, click the arrow next to the column title:
How date filters work
When using a date filter:
the first selected date is excluded, the second is included.
For example, to get users registered between 01/03/2025 and 31/03/2025, select 28/02/2025 as the first date and 31/03/2025 as the second date.
Column display
The Userview automatically adapts the columns displayed by default depending on where you access it from (you can manually add or remove columns using Fields):

Export data
Click the Export button at the top right of the table to export all columns and rows resulting from applied filters in CSV format, including those not visible on screen.
Export is not possible if two columns share the same name.
Use the Tag feature
This feature lets you assign one or more tags to a user. Tags are visible only in the back-office and are used to easily segment and target members.
It is not possible to edit or delete an existing tag, or to assign or remove a tag from multiple users in bulk. Choose your tag name carefully before creating it.
Use cases
- Top testers or content creators (or conversely, members who did not respond as expected in exchange for a product test)
- Nano-influencers
- Members selected for co-creation
- Persona segments (family, plus-size, perfume lover, ...)
- Recipients of a specific email (reward, invitation, ...)
Manage tags
- Click the gear icon in the Tags column
- Click + Create new tag
- Enter the tag name (alphanumeric and special characters allowed, duplicates allowed)
- Click Create
The tag color is assigned automatically.
- Click + Add a tag when hovering over a user's Tags cell
- Click the desired tag in the list
The tag appears at the top of the user's assigned tags list.
- Click the tag to remove, next to the relevant user
- In the panel, click the cross next to the tag to delete
