The user management system improves community engagement by managing their data, but also by allowing you to name the Member of the Month!
The user table
In Stats > Users, you can access the user table, allowing you to:
- See all users registered on your community (or chat widget).
- Filter, tag, and export user data.
- Name the Member of the Month.
This table is linked to other back-office features and serves as a base for:
- Sending emails or notifications to the community.
- Inviting testers to a private product testing campaign.
The table only displays members who have earned points, a badge, or a status. It is updated every night (24-hour delay).
Using Filters
Just above the user table, click on the "Fields" button to access filters.
They work with an "AND" logic between two different fields and an "OR" logic within the same field.
| Field Name | Definition |
|---|---|
| User ID | Tokywoky ID |
| Client ID | SSO ID |
| Creation Date | Account creation date |
| Nb points | Number of experience points received/earned |
| Email address | |
| Bio | Bio provided in the profile |
| Birth Date | Birth date provided in the profile |
| City | City provided in the profile |
| Country | Country provided in the profile |
| Last Interaction |
Date of the user's last action on the community, including:
|
| Last Visit Date | Last visit date (without necessarily interacting with the community). Updated once a day. |
| Roles | All roles the user has obtained or been given in the community |
| Badges | All badges obtained by the user |
| Missions | All missions obtained by the user |
| Instagram Followers | Number of Instagram followers (if provided) |
| TikTok Followers | Number of TikTok followers (if provided) |
| YouTube Followers | Number of YouTube followers (if provided) |
| Total Followers | Total number of followers across all platforms |
The "Clear filters" button removes all filters applied to the table.
The "Clear sorting" button resets any sorting applied to the columns. To apply sorting to a column, simply click the arrow next to the column title:
When using a date filter, the first selected date is excluded, and the second is included.
For example, to get users registered between 03/01/2025 and 03/31/2025, select 02/28/2025 as the first date and 03/31/2025 as the second date:
Exporting data
You can export all columns and rows resulting from the applied filters in CSV format, even those not visible, by clicking the "Export" button at the top right of the table.
Using the Tag feature
This feature allows you to assign one or more tags to users, which are only visible in the back office. The objectives of the Tag feature are:
- Allow admins to easily identify user segments and filter them to perform various targeting actions.
- Optimize management time and costs by focusing efforts on high-value segments.
- Retention: enhance user experience through targeted actions/content.
Please note that for this first version, the feature does not allow:
- Modifying or deleting a tag for technical reasons.
- Assigning or removing a tag to/from multiple users in bulk, as this is not the purpose of the feature. It would rather be a feature to save a filter combination or import a list.
Use cases
This feature can help identify and target:
| "Best testers": good content creators on specific topics | "Bad testers": did not respond as expected in return for the product test |
| Users selected for co-creation | Nano-influencers |
| Persona types: Family, plus-size model,... | Generally, the "best members", "perfume lovers", etc. |
| Future testers for a VIP product test | Recipients of a specific email (reward email, invitation email…) |
