How to : Export Interactions related data

This section allows you to track, analyze, and export data related to interactions within the community, particularly those on the channels (channels, polls, custom fields, popular posts), categories, and products (tagged products, tagged product categories, product pages).

To access the contest statistics section:

  1. Go to the back office.
  2. Go to the "Stats" tab.
  3. Go to the "Interactions" section.
  4. Click on the sub-section you need (Channels, Polls, Custom Fields, Top Posts, Categories, Products).
  5. Use the date selector to choose the desired period.
  6. The relevant contest data will load automatically.

Channels

This section provides an interactive dashboard showing key KPIs (posts, comments, likes) by period and channel. It includes a trend chart, a detailed table by channel, and filters to refine the analysis by date, visibility, type, and channel name.

Global Data

The KPIs in the top bar show, respectively, for the selected period and channels:

  • The number of Posts
  • The number of Comments
  • The number of Likes on Posts
  • The number of Likes on Comments

Chart

The chart shows the evolution of the KPIs mentioned above over the selected period.
Hovering over the chart will show the details for a specific date (by default, a day).

Table

The table provides details on the KPIs mentioned above by channel (only for channels selected in the filters).
Also included in the table are the numbers per channel for:

  • Polls created by channel over the period
  • Votes on Polls during the period
  • Posts made during the period that have been validated
  • Comments made during the period and validated
  • The number of users having the channel in their menu (subscribers, including accounts with unvalidated email addresses)

The table can be:

  • Exported by hovering over the table, clicking on the "…" in the top right corner, selecting “Export Data” then “Data with Current Layout.”
  • Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking the column title.

Polls

Global Data

The KPIs in the top bar show, respectively, for the selected period and channels:

  • The average number of Votes per Poll created during the period
  • The number of Votes
  • The number of unique Poll creators
  • The average number of Votes per Poll (Number of Votes / number of Polls that received votes during the period)

The average number of votes per poll is not the main KPI, as some votes may relate to polls created before the start of the period.

Charts

The chart in the top left shows the distribution of Polls created during the period by their state (Active or Completed).

The chart in the top right shows the evolution of the number of Votes during the selected period.

The chart in the middle left shows the distribution of Polls created during the period by the type of answers accepted (Single or Multiple).

The chart in the bottom left shows the distribution of Polls created during the period by Poll type (Text or Products).

The chart in the bottom right shows the evolution of the number of Polls created during the selected period, grouped by channel.

Custom Fields

Charts

The chart on the right shows the distribution of responses to the custom fields of the metaposts.
Each column represents a custom field, and each section of the column represents the number of people who selected that response.

Custom fields with free text input are not displayed.

Top Posts

Table

The table on the right gives details of the 1000 most visible posts with the most interactions (comments + likes + number of votes on the poll in the post = score) over the period and for the selected channel(s).
For each post, it includes:

  • The post ID
  • The creation date
  • The user ID who posted it
  • The text of the post
  • URLs of images and videos linked to the post
  • Names of products tagged in the post
  • Values of selected custom fields (excluding free text)
  • Number of comments
  • Number of likes
  • The post score (comments + likes)
  • Whether the post is validated or not
  • The community domain (beginning of the URL)
  • The URL of the channel (middle of the URL)
  • The URL of the post

These data can be exported and sorted by column in the same way as the Channel section.

Categories

This section presents KPIs on posts, comments, and likes by category, a graph showing their evolution over the selected period, and a table detailing these data by category and channel, with sorting and export options.

Global data

The KPIs in the top banner indicate, respectively, for the selected period and categories:

  • Number of Posts with a category tag
  • Number of Comments with a category tag
  • Number of Likes on Posts with a category tag
  • Number of Likes on Comments with a category tag

Graph

The graph shows the evolution of the KPIs mentioned above during the selected period.
Hovering over the graph shows the details for a specific date (default is a day).

Table

The table provides the details of the KPIs mentioned above by category (only for the categories chosen in the filters).
The table also includes the numbers per channel of:

  • Posts with a category tag made during the period that have been validated
  • Comments with a category tag made during the period that have been validated

The table can be:

  • Exported by hovering over the table, clicking on the "…" at the top-right, selecting “Export data” then “Data with current layout”
  • Sorted by any column by clicking the column header.

Filters

The filters on the left impact the 3 visuals on the right and allow you to:

  • Filter by a date range
  • Filter categories by status (deleted or not) and/or by Name (These 2 filters are interdependent, if you choose Visible categories, you can only filter by name for non-deleted categories.

Product

This section presents KPIs on tagged products, including the number of catalog products, tagged products, associated posts, and coverage percentage. Graphs illustrate the evolution of tagged posts/comments during the selected period, while tables detail these data by product or by category/subcategory combination, including likes. Filters allow refining the analysis by date, visibility, type, or category. All tables are sortable and exportable.

Products tagged

Global data

The KPIs in the top banner indicate, respectively, for the selected period, categories, and products:

  • Number of catalog products
  • Number of unique tagged products during the period
  • Percentage of catalog products tagged
  • Number of posts with product tags

Graph

The graph shows the evolution of the number of posts and comments with at least one product tag during the selected period.

Table

The table provides the details per product of the number of posts and comments where it was tagged, along with the number of likes on those posts and comments.

The table can be exported by hovering over the table, clicking the “…” at the top-right, selecting “Export data” then “Data with current layout”.

The table can be sorted by any column by clicking the column header.

Categories of products tagged

Table

The table provides the details per category/subcategory combination of the number of posts and comments where it was tagged, along with the number of likes on those posts and comments.

Products pages

Global data

The KPIs in the top banner indicate, respectively, for the selected period, categories, and products:

  • Number of catalog products
  • Number of posts related to these products
  • Number of comments related to these products
  • Number of likes on posts related to these products
  • Number of likes on comments related to these products

Graph

The graph shows the evolution of the KPIs mentioned above during the selected period.

Table

The table provides the details per product of the number of posts and comments related to it, along with the number of likes on those posts and comments.

Filters

The filters on the left impact the 3 visuals on the right and allow you to:

  • Filter by a date range
  • Filter products by Visibility and/or by Type and/or by Category (These 3 filters are interdependent)
