These tables let you track, analyze, and export data related to interactions within the community, especially those on channels, categories, and products.
Access the tables
In Statistics > Interactions, you will have access to three sub-menus related to data linked to interactions in the community (Channels, Categories and Products).
Some sub-menus contain several tabs:
- Channels: Channels, Polls, Custom Fields, Top Posts
- Products: Products tagged, Categories of products tagged, Product pages
Export and options
Export data
To export the data once the filters and period have been defined, simply click the "..." at the top right of the relevant chart or table, then Export data > Data with current layout.
Chart and table options
By clicking one of the values in the chart legend:
This lets you highlight it so you can better see the related data:
The filter icon lets you see which applied filters are impacting the display of the chart or table.
Focus mode lets you display the relevant chart or table in large format on the page.
For a chart:
- Export data
- Display chart data as a table
- Spotlight: Grey out the other parts of the dashboard to highlight the chart
- Get insights
For a table:
- Export data
- Display the full table
- Spotlight: Grey out the other parts of the dashboard to highlight the chart
- Get insights
- Sort in ascending or descending order
Some charts or tables can be filtered by value in More options > Sort by.
Channels
Available filters
The filters on the left impact the 3 visuals on the right and let you:
- Filter by a date range.
- Filter channels by Name and/or Visibility and/or Type.
These 3 filters are interdependent. If you choose the Product Feed Type, you will only be able to filter by name for channels with the Product Feed Type.
Tabs and tables
Click the different tabs to see the details of the data they contain on the platform:
This interactive table displays activity KPIs by channel over the selected period. It includes:
1. Insights / Data
The KPIs (Number of posts, Number of comments, Number of likes on posts, Number of likes on comments) in the top banner are shown for the selected period and channels.
2. Chart
The chart shows the evolution of the KPIs mentioned above over the selected period.
By hovering over the chart, you can see the details for a date (by default one day).
3. Table
The table details the KPIs mentioned above by channel (only those chosen in the filters). Other KPIs are also available in the table for the period (Polls created, Votes on a Poll, Number of validated posts, Number of validated comments).
The table can be:
- Exported by hovering over the table, clicking the “…” at the top right, then choosing Export data and Data with current layout.
- Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking on the column title.
This interactive table displays activity KPIs by Poll over the selected period. It includes:
1. Insights / Data
The KPIs (Number of Polls, Number of votes, Number of unique Poll creators, Average number of votes per Poll) in the top banner are shown for the selected period and channels. The average number of votes is not the main KPI: some votes may relate to polls created before the beginning of the period.
2. Charts
The charts only concern Polls created during the selected period.
- Distribution of Polls by status (Active or Closed)
- Evolution of the number of Votes
- Distribution of Polls by the type of accepted answers (Single or Multiple)
- Distribution of Polls by Poll type (Text or Products)
- Evolution of the number of Polls grouped by channel
The chart shows the distribution of answers to the Custom Fields of metaposts.
Each column represents a Custom Field, and each segment of this column represents the number of people who selected the related answer.
Custom Fields with free text input are not displayed.
The table gives the details of the 1000 visible posts that have the most interactions (comments + likes + number of votes on the post poll = score) over the period and for the selected channels.
For each post, it contains:
- General information: Post ID, creation date, ID of the user who posted it, Username
- Content : Post text, URLs of the photos and videos linked to the post, Names of the products tagged in the post, Values of the selected Custom Fields (excluding free text)
- Performance : Number of comments, Number of likes, Post score (comments + likes)
- Whether the post is validated or not
- URL : Community domain (beginning of the URL), Channel URL (middle of the URL), Post URL (end of the URL)
The table can be:
- Exported by hovering over the table, clicking the “…” at the top right, then choosing Export data and Data with current layout.
- Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking on the column title.
Categories
Available filters
The filters on the left impact the 3 visuals on the right and let you:
- Filter by a date range.
Filter categories by Visibility and/or Category name.
These 2 filters are interdependent. If you choose Visible, you will only be able to filter by name for the categories that match this first filter.
1. Insights / Data
The KPIs (Number of posts with a category tag, Number of comments with a category tag, Number of likes on posts with a category tag and Number of likes on comments with a category tag) in the top banner are shown for the selected period and categories.
2. Chart
The chart shows the evolution of the KPIs mentioned above over the selected period. It only concerns the categories selected in the filters.
By hovering over the chart, you can see the details for a date (by default one day).
3. Table
The table details the KPIs mentioned above by category (only those chosen in the filters). Other KPIs are also present in the table for the period (Number of validated posts with a category tag, Number of validated comments with a category tag).
The table can be:
- Exported by hovering over the table, clicking the “…” at the top right, then choosing Export data and Data with current layout.
- Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking on the column title.
Products
Available filters
The filters on the left impact the 3 visuals on the right and let you:
- Filter by a date range.
- Filter channels by Type and/or by Product category.
These 2 filters are interdependent. If you choose a Product type, you will only be able to filter by Product category for those that match it.

1. Insights / Data
The KPIs (Number of products in the catalog, Number of unique tagged products, Percentage of tagged products in the catalog, Number of posts with product tags) in the top banner are shown for the selected period and the applied filters.
2. Chart
The chart shows the evolution of the number of posts and comments with at least one product tag over the selected period. By clicking on a bar in the chart, the data specific to it is displayed.
3. Table
The table details the number of posts and comments in which a product was tagged, as well as the number of likes on those posts and comments.
The table can be:
- Exported by hovering over the table, clicking the “…” at the top right, then choosing Export data and Data with current layout.
- Sorted by the column of your choice by clicking on the column title.
The table gives the details by category/sub-category combination of the number of posts and comments with a tag, as well as the number of likes on those posts and comments.
The table can be:
