Missions are tasks that engage users to complete actions (for example reading content or participating in events), earning them rewards such as points or badges.
What are Screenshot/picture validated Missions?
These are missions based on image/screenshot uploads. Once submitted, the user must wait for an admin to validate that they have completed the mission. To do so, you must have the “Validate missions” permission.
On the missions page, this type of missions appear as follow:
Validating a mission
- In Config > Gamification > Validate action, select the mission you want to review in the list
- Click on “Accept” or “Decline” depending on whether the screenshot meets your expectations
User notification
1. When an admin has not yet validated the mission
The user sees the validation as "pending" as below:

The user gets notified that the points associated with the mission have been awarded as below:
