Some missions require manual validation by an admin before they are considered completed. These are Screenshot/picture validated missions.

To be able to validate this type of mission, you must have the Validate missions permission.
What are Screenshot/picture validated Missions?
These are missions based on screenshot/picture uploads. Once submitted, the user must wait for an admin to validate that they have completed the mission.
On the missions page, this type of missions appear as follow:
Validating a mission
- In Configuration > Gamification > Validate action, select the mission you want to review in the list
- Click on Accept or Decline depending on whether the screenshot meets your expectations
If the condition Screenshot/picture validated has an end date, the mission is automatically archived at that date: it is no longer possible to validate or reject and is no longer visible to members in the community.
User notification
The user sees the validation as "pending" as below:
The user gets notified that it has been declined as below:
