Missions are tasks that engage users to complete actions like reading content or participating in events, earning them rewards such as points or badges.
Missions validations in the Backend
These are missions based on image/screenshot uploads awaiting validation from an Admin to prove they’ve complete a mission (read a blog post, subscribe to the newsletter… that we can track automatically). You must have the “Validate missions” permission to do so.
On the missions page, this type of missions appear as follow:
In the list that appears on your left, select the mission you want to review, and either Accept or Decline the screenshot
When an Admin validates the Mission, the user gets notified that he has earned points.
There is no notification when the screenshot is declined by the Admin.
Validating a mission
- Go to “Config” > “Gamification” > “Validate action”
- Select the mission you want to review in the list that appears on your left
- Click on “Accept” or “Decline” depending on whether or not the screenshot conforms to what you expect
