Each month, you can nominate a community user as "Member of the Month", highlighting their engagement to thank them!
Identify the Member of the Month
To choose the Member of the Month, we recommend setting criteria based on engagement (number of posts, comments or likes, score) or on specific actions (product tests, etc.).
The goal is to identify the user who was most engaged during the previous month, in order to recognize them and also motivate other community members.
- Go to Stats > User of the month
- Set the relevant period to analyze the data (in this case, the previous month)
- You can sort by clicking the title of the corresponding column
- Then it's time to identify who will be the Member of the Month! Here for example, we can see that "Fred33" is a user among the highest scores of the month, but has never been named Member of the Month. This is the perfect time to highlight her!
- ID: user's identifier on the community
- Username
- Number of posts
- Number of comments
- Number of likes
- Number of completed product tests
- Number of validated posts
- Number of validated comments
- Score: total of the user's posts, comments, survey answers, poll responses, product test applications, completed product tests, validated posts, and validated comments
- Election: Number of times the user was elected coach of the month during the selected period
Nominate the Member of the Month
Once the user is identified, go to Stats > Users. When you find the row of the relevant user, click on the "..." on the right and then "Name user of the month".
When clicking, a confirmation window will open. You can cancel or confirm your choice. Upon confirming, you can send a private message to the elected user to inform or congratulate them. This is optional; you can click "Skip" to send nothing.
To cancel the vote, you must elect another user.
It is still possible to nominate the same member several times in a row, but we recommend rotating to motivate the community.
View the history of elected members
In Stats > User of the month, on the "History" page, you can access it. The banner displays the total number of elections and the number of unique users elected:
The table displays the details of all users who have been elected Member of the Month since the community started (ID, username, election date):
Impact on the community
When a user is elected Member of the Month, automatic changes are made in the community.
For the user who was previously Member of the Month:
- They lose the title. However, in the data tables, you will see that they were previously elected.
For the newly elected Member of the Month:
- They receive the associated unlock, if configured
- They are highlighted through a differentiated UI on their profile picture, which gives them visibility in the community.

Gamification related to Member of the Month
It is possible to reward and highlight elected users by using the condition "Elected user of the month". This condition is available for missions, statuses, and badges.
