Available shortcuts
There are 9 shortcuts as described below, however, they depend on the permissions assigned to your role, so not everyone will see the same options.
User view: list of your community members
There, you will be able to see all of your users and the information associated with their accounts (Email, custom fields, number of points…) and put a tag on them if needed.
Reporting: your community data
On this page, you will find all the data of your community and members. If you want to do reporting, this is the place to go!
Community Platform: link to your community website
A shortcut access to your community.
Product Testing: your product testing campaigns
There, you can manage your product testing campaigns (E.g., Accepting/declining users' applications, checking their UGC…, etc.) and create new ones if needed.
Missions: validate missions
This is the place to go to validate users’ missions based on image uploads.
Surveys: Manage surveys
A shortcut to Typeform, our tool to create and analyze users’ answers to your survey.
Wordings: modify by default words on the platform
You will find on this page all your platform’s wordings if you need to change them.
Emailing: Contact your users
Send emails to all community members there (only the one who accepted community communications of course).
Unlockables: advanced settings [mainly owned by TokyWoky Admins]
