Now that your community is created, you need to access its back office to fully fulfill your new admin role! Here's how to proceed.
Login procedure
Step 1 - Account creation
To access the community back office, you first need to create an account on it, as if you were a member.
Then, you can request back office access from your CSM, who will grant you the admin role.
Step 2 - Accessing the back office login page
To access the community back office, you must first enter the correct URL directly into your browser. Use the following format: https://[your community name]/admin2
Replace [your community name] with your specific subdomain.
Save this link in your favorites before logging in for simplified access later.
Step 3 - Authentication
The steps to follow are as follows:
If your community does not use SSO login
- Enter the same username and password used in Step 1
- A new Code from 2FA app field appears
- Download a two-factor authentication application (we recommend using Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or Authy)
- Scan the QR code to generate a code
- Enter the generated code from the application in the dedicated field below the QR code
- Click Login
If your community uses SSO login
In cases where the community is configured with SSO (Single Sign-On), you first need to create a new password.
- Click Forgot password ? to reset your password
- You will receive an e-mail allowing you to set a new one
- When done, return to the back office login page and follow the same steps as for communities without SSO
Note: a 2FA code will be requested at every back office login (only for community administrators).
