How to: Access the community back office

To access the back office (or backend), enter the correct URL directly in your browser.

  • Use the following format:
    https://[your community name]/admin2

    Replace [your community name] with your specific subdomain.

Save this link in your bookmarks before logging in for easier access later.

How to login

  1. Enter the same username and password that you use to access your community.

    SSO Login on your community: If your community has been set up with SSO (Single Sign On), you must create a password.

  2. Click on ‘Forgot password?’
  3. You’ll receive an email with new password fields.
  4. When it’s done, you can come back on the Back Office.
  5. A new field “code from 2FA app” appears. Capture d’écran 2024-07-19 134657.png
  6. Install a 2-factor authentication app and scan the QR code to generate a code.
  7. Enter the code generated from the 2FA app below the QR code.
  8. You are connected!

On your future logins on the community, you’ll be asked to enter a 2FA code as well (for community administrators only).


FAQs


I have accessed the link but the login doesn’t work
  1. Look at the link - if you see ‘all/login’, it means you bookmarked the link after logging into your account.
  2. Try to access the backend one more time from the community and bookmark it before logging into your account to prevent this from happening again.
  3. Try to reset your password.
  4. Contact us via the "Help" icon to be informed of any maintenance happening at TokyWoky that could temporarily prevent logins.
My 2FA code doesn’t work

If you changed mobile, the 2FA might have been disconnected from TokyWoky.

Please contact us via the "Help" icon so we can generate a new QR Code allowing you to link your account again with the backend.
