Our advanced gamification system is built around three pillars: Missions, Badges and Statuses.
1. Missions
There are several types of missions to keep members engaged:
They can be completed only once. One done, when the users received its points, the mission move to the "Completed missions" section.
They can be done multiple times. Each time a user complete it, points will be awarded.
These are time-limited, unique or recurring missions. After the defined period, they disappear from the community.
They are only shown to specific members, the targeting being based on:
- Their role or status
- The product they are testing
- An event they registered for
- The answers provided to questions in their private profile
The more missions members complete, the more points they earn, the higher they rank on the leaderboard:
2. Badges
In addition to missions, members can have fun by collecting badges, unlocked as they complete actions. Each new badge triggers an email notification to make them come back more frequently on the community.
3. Statuses
By completing missions to collect points and performing different actions on the community, members level-up to reach tiers and unlock exclusive brand rewards:
